Bbozel
I made these the other day and they are DELICIOUS! However, they just crumbled to bits. Has anyone had this problem, would adding an egg help? Thanks!!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 10, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 10, 2017 I'm surprised it didn't call for egg? I've always made this one: http://meljoulwan.com/2014/11/10/oven-fried-salmon-cakes/
Bbozel
Oh, I totally just missed the egg! I am so not good at this cooking thing!!! It is the same recipe as the one you posted, I'm just an idiot!!! Is whole30 brain a thing like pregnancy brain?!
StaciRea
Thanks for posting and recognizing your mistake!! I made a W30 meatloaf the other day and skipped half the seasonings....then overbaked it dry...hubs asked if "going back on whole foods meant eating dry card board?!" After rereading the recipe and realizing my errors and omissions, it reminded us of the crude "first married" meals! I'm a very experience and deversified cook, so reading that someone else had W30 brain fade is refreshing & reassuring! Keep cooking...it can only get better!! PS: next time something falls apart, toss it on a lettuce leaf and call it a taco.
