JoyS Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 Hi everyone, I like cashew milk and since it's Whole30 compliant, I'd like to continue incorporating it. Before Whole30, I used to cook my oatmeal or prepare chia pudding with it. Now I don't want to continue using it for chia puddings, as we all know that this keeps feeding our "dessert" / "treat" emotional attachment.
