    Thanks, I am going to watch the almond milk? I wonder about that really. This eating is very clean, no cheese or dairy is highly different from what I was doing before.

    breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs with steak pieces about two oz., some potatoes about 1 oz, carrots about 1 oz, and 10 oz coffee with 1/4 c almond milk follow within an hour in the bathroom

    Is this normal?

    Ladyshanny I have been eating eggs, chicken, turkey, pork, vegetables, mostly soup like foods, the only new thing was the almond milk, unsweetened. Nothing really off program, big difference is no carbs. I am diet controlled diabetic. Sugars are in control.

    I start diarrhea last night and again this morning? Is that normal. What should I do, not really hungry but wondering if food is wrong?

    January 2nd start date

    Day 5 - last night I got sick - GI issues after dinner and again after breakfast this morning. Anyone having GI problems? I am spending a lot of time in the bathroom. Not to cool, but passes fast. I am kind of afraid to eat. Help.

    January 2nd start date

    Well I made it through 2 days now, not too bad. Slight headache, ankles not swollen, feet feel better. I think my mind is playing game with me. I have had black coffee and did not die. I cheated and put cinnamon in my coffee, so black with a spice. Not bad. No one is dead yet at my house. Making chicken today, excited about trying a new recipe. I am so excited to complete the next 28 days.

    January 2nd start date

    I am starting on the second, sounds like I will have lots of folks in the same situation. I feel a bit better knowing I am not alone. Also, sound like some of you are a bit intimidated like myself. I am looking forward to the challenge. My biggest worry is black coffee. I love my non-dairy creamer but its got sugar, so black it is... yikes. I can do this, I have three grown daughters, now that was hard. See you at the end. Dream big dreams, they never have expiration dates...

    Who's doing the #JanuaryWhole30?

    I will be starting my first 30 day with you all on the second. I am excited in a scary kind of way, but think its time to get my health and life in a good healthy place. I have the cookbook, whole30, and It starts with food. My brain understands the program, now if I can just get my body to be okay with this big change, I will be okay. I am only worried about black coffee, with no dairy and getting rid of cheese. But a small price to pay for good health. I am rewarding myself with a pedicure after my thirty days are over. I think this is an awesome way to start the new year.
