I've not nearly thought about reintroduction enough, too focused on Tuesday and completing the 30 days. Must get myself up to speed. Looking forward to a glass of wine, but have enjoyed breaking the habit of coming home from a hard day and rewarding myself with a glass or two. I'm still getting stomach aches and bloating (less painful than before due to taking supplements) but I think by doing the whole30 I've narrowed down the cause more accurately (fodmap unfriendly fruit!). I don't miss grains and cereals except at breakfast and am looking forward to greek yoghurt. My biggest reward has been better sleep and not waking up during the night. The benefits of sleeping well are priceless! Anyone tempted to go for the a Whole45? My daughter's 18th birthday is tonight and this will be a tough one - how does one celebrate without champagne? Good luck everyone on the final weekend and days. Stay strong!

Hi Whole 30ers! Am still on track despite a crazy stressful week at work. Am going away for the weekend and haven't had time to prep so a little apprehensive. Isn't it great to have less days to go than more - really helps to keep me on track as would be such a shame to abandoned the goal now. No longer sluggish which feels wonderful and am finding vegetables are tasting sweeter than normal (an NSV?) My favourite recipe is Basic Mayonnaise from Melissa's book. So easy to make and make anything taste good. I don't cook a lot of recipes as I find it easier to just prep vegetable on Sunday (roast, steam etc) and then cook protein during the week. Good luck everyone in the final third! Stay strong.

Am bloated too. I didn't realise that was normal for this week, thanks for the tip. Very sore stomach yesterday maybe due to cauliflower. I didn't realise it was a FODMAP. Survived work drinks this evening with mineral water. Not as hard as I thought it would be. Day 10 done. One third down. Stay strong everyone!

Hey all, just finishing up the weekend and Day 7. Am so glad I didn't have to do anything social, could really rest up and do my prepping. Made the Thai Cold Salad from the Whole30 book (really good) and the meatloaf from @Elizabeth33 link (very yum). Like many others I was dreading the weekend but it wasn't too bad. I don't know how I'll go in a social situation so am avoiding as long as I can. Blessings: Tomatoes and avocados are in season Dreading: another week without wine Good luck for week 2. Stay strong!

    Paleo Bars?

Hi. Am in Australia and we don’t have Larabars. I’ve found Paleo Bars. Are they whole30 OK? Here are the ingredients: Dates, coconut, macadamia nuts, coconut oil, lemon oil. All organic.

Day 4 and Day 5 are done but have been super crabby in the mornings. I become human around midday. Was hoping this would have passed by now. Thank God for coffee. Good news ~ my prepping lasted 5 days. Bad news ~ am missing my Friday night wine! @Readyfor30! am a little bored with my food too. Gonna try and mix it up on the weekend.

Day 3 done. 10% of the way through! Not as tired today, maybe cause I didn’t walk to walk. I try to walk most days. Takes about an hour and a half. So far so good! Happy day 3 everyone!

I’ve never used a forum either. Gotta say it is keeping me accountable. Day 2 done. Pretty much ate same as Day 1 but felt more tired. No headaches though. Hope you are all going great!

1 day down. 29 to go. I’m in Oz so am guessing I’m 12 hrs in front of everyone. Felt crap in the morning but didn’t last long. No rules broken and enjoying my first wine free night for a long time. Looking forward to hearing how everyone has gone. Happy day one!

Big day shopping and cooking. Ratatouille, sweet potato hash, baked cauliflower, boiled eggs, rissoles, boiled chicken, potatoes, mayonnaise and viniagrette ready to go. Am hoping it will be enough to last 5 days. Little nervous about tomorrow as I usually start with a flat white coffee! I think breakfast is going to be the hardest. Good luck!

    Day by Day Journal?

Thanks. I tried those links and possibly they are only good for the US. They didn't work at all for me and I've visited Google Play using the app and the day by day guide is not available. I have a kindle and haven't been able to find a copy to download. I don't have a nook. Possibly the issue is my location but would be good if this title could be made available down under. I have eBooks of other whole 30 books and was able to access them without issue. Thanks.

I'm starting 9/10 too. Am also 55 and looking to stop eating crap. Would appreciate some accountability too. I've done the whole30 twice before but each time I do it I feel like a newbie! Am getting ready today, lots of shopping and cooking. Good luck everyone for tomorrow.

    Day by Day Journal?

Is there an ebook or an ibook for the Whole30 Day by Day Journal that replaces the email? I've tried Google Play and iBooks without luck. Am in Australia. Is there a logging ap for the Whole 30 that anyone can recommend? Thanks
