    Happy that I made it to Day 30 without any slip ups at all! Researching reintroduction. I have to admit, I'm a little anxious to get it all in and see what works and what doesn't.

    Nine days to go! I'm going to try my best to keep some of the good habits and especially try to not have a field day with sugar. No slip-ups so far. Any plans for reintroduction?

    We had a good weekend (my husband is on this journey with me). We went to the LA County Fair on Saturday and DID NOT EAT A THING, even though there was food EVERYWHERE! We made sure we ate a big breakfast before we left. And after the fair, we dashed on over to In-n-Out and had a compliant double-double. We devoured them! Sunday we were with family and brought our own food (while everyone else was eating hot dogs and chips). It was a little tempting to take "just one bite" of the chips, but I resisted. I made the classic chili recipe from the Whole30 book and will have that for dinner tonight.

    Day 11. I got through yesterday. Yesterday was tough. I mixed it up this morning for breakfast. I couldn't stomach another frittata. All I could think yesterday was "I don't think I can do this another 20 days!!" I'm hoping it will get better. I just finished a yoga class at lunch time. It felt good! Time to eat lunch. Hope everyone is doing okay!

    Day 10 and I am not feeling this!! I so badly want a big muffin and my Starbucks coffee with Half & Half! I'm trying to force down my 10th day-in-a-row frittata. I'm feeling weak! I'm hoping I get through this day! Anyone else feeling like this?

    Day 9 and I feel fat and bloated! Argh. And I want some Starbucks coffee with half & half and vanilla pumps! It's enough to make me want to stop... but I won't. I'll keep moving forward. My husband has been very supportive and talks me out of messing up. We're almost 1/3 of the way through!! We have this!!

    @Britt1229 don’t feel bad. I have that same feeling this weekend. Even though my dinners were compliant, I feel like I overate. Shopped and prepped all day. I have to be honest; I’m tired of cooking and washing dishes! 8( Here’s to a great second week!

    It’s the start of day 5 but it’s Friday! I’m on the bus going to work with...get this...two boxes of donuts on my lap. We have donuts every Friday and it’s my day to bring them. It’s a little tempting but not as much as I thought it would be. I even brought an RX bar just in case. Looking forward to changing it up this weekend. I think I’m going to try the Chipotle carnita meal for dinner today that is compliant. Have a great day everyone. We’ve got this!

    Day 4. I got up and did my spin class and in a few minutes going to a stretch/yoga class on my lunch time. I feel good, nothing out of the ordinary. Last night I really did want something sweet but I resisted! I am already getting tired of my food. We are going to try and change it up on the weekend since there is more time to plan. So far so good but 26 days seems like a really long time... @xkellz17x funny you should ask if I have a linen closet that needs cleaning... I DO! And I've been putting it off for a while. I have quite a few cupboards I can go through. :-)

    Midway through Day 3 for me here in California. Not too bad. I normally eat quite healthy during the week, so this hasn't been too hard for me. BUT, I am dreading the weekend! That is when I fall off the wagon and have the wine, the fast food, the junk! I don't have a lot going on this weekend either, so I'll have to keep myself busy! What are some things you do to keep yourself busy and away from food? There's only so much exercise one can do in a day!

    Day 2. I didn’t sleep well (but I never do). I pushed myself to do my spin class, which I do at home. I can’t eat that early but had a few pistachios in the car. Breakfast and lunch prepared. I’m sleepy! Have a great day, everyone!

    I was hungry so I ate the other half of my Lara bar before I left work. Finished dinner and prepped breakfast and lunch for tomorrow. Made turkey patties for tomorrow’s dinner, cooked some sweet potatoes in the instant pot. I’m tired! There’s 29 more days?!?! Tomorrow morning is my spin day - hope I can get up at 5AM and have energy to get through it!!

    Just came back from a 35 minute strength/stretch class at the gym on my lunch hour. It feels good! I had a quick after-workout snack and will try to wait for lunch until !;30 or 2. The keys for me are: 1) planning, 2) shopping for compliant foods, 3) reading all labels, and 4) talking myself out of wanting to snack! That's a hard one and it's only day 1!!!! Good luck to all... Plan, shop and read all labels. We can do this! The need to feel better and be healthy is greater than the need to eat food that isn't good for us!
