  1. I am going on a little trip this weekend with my family and am planning to take all of my own food. I was wondering if anyone had tips or suggestions for any coolers or food bags that are good for traveling?? Thanks in advance!
  2. I am looking for ideas for my pre and post workout “meals”? Mainly pre-workout...most of what I’ve read suggests hard boiled eggs. However, when I work out first thing in the morning just the thought of a hard boiled egg makes me want to throw up! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! This is day 1 for me and so far, so good!
