Planning to start September 1. Are you?

I hope so @Danna W! I don't remember getting like this the last time I did it but I was a few years younger! Thank you for the encouragement. It helps!

I'm really glad you guys all feel great! I feel terrible! This is my day four and I'm tired and hungry and groggy and my head hurts and I just want to go take a nap. I'm hopeful that if I can just stick it out through this I'll start to feel better soon. But I'm happy for you guys!
  3. Hi Davide! I'm starting tomorrow as well. I've done one round successfully several years ago. I've tried to do it again since then and have gotten to around day 20 and quit. I think having people to do it with you is key. I did the first time but haven't since. So I'm hopeful that I can also find a few people who want to keep each other motivated and on track when it gets hard. I love the results from Whole30, I think you will too! If you want comraderie 8000 miles away...!

    September Whole 30

I'm with you! I'm looking for the same thing - a group of people to go through the journey together and keep each other on track. Support, encouragement and ideas! It's going to be great! -S

Hi. I really want to start on September 1. I did my first Whole30 a few years ago and loved it. I stayed generally Paleo after that for about 18 months. Since then I can't seem to get back on track. I'm in my mid 40's and gaining weight, my joints feel awful and I'm not sleeping. But I start a round and can't stay in it. Frankly it's stress that gets me off - I have a bad day at work or with the kids and I want a drink and then it's just downhill. I need some accountability and partnership. My husband won't eat whole 30 with me and that makes it hard. Maybe joining a group like this would help. I just need someone to encourage me to stay on track even when it's a bad day. I know the benefits I know I'll feel better. I just can't seem to do it alone.
