  1. Is dry seaweed with rapeseed and sesame oil okay to eat on Whole 30? Those are the only ingredients.
  2. I have a tree-nut allergy so am unable to use almond flour in recipes. I was wondering if I would be able to exchange coconut flour for the almond flour in recipes and if anyone has been successful using this swap.
  3. I am interested in doing a Whole 30, however I am allergic to sunflower seeds, sunflower oil and all tree nuts except macadamias and cashews. Wondering if this program would still work for me with these stipulations. Any input would be much appreciated!
