There is roasted brown rice in this tea that is mixed with green tea leaves or matcha powder. I'm not consuming rice per se but it has a hint of the earthy flavor of brown rice. It is the Numi Organic Tea Matcha Toasted Rice brand. It is delicious, but wondering if it is off limits for Whole 30?
