Hi! This is my first Whole 30. I’m only on day 3 but am experiencing terrible abdominal cramps. I have had IBS most of my life, but honestly have never experienced anything quite like this. The cramps are intense and diffuse throughout my whole abdomen into my back. I thought it was too early to notice any kind of digestive changes. What am I experiencing?
