Thanks! I think I was more so just asking if anybody else here has experienced dizziness with it

I’m on day 12 and twice so far I’ve experienced dizziness at night when I lay down for bed. It also feels like it gives me a little indigestion and my mouth gets dry. (wondering if maybe I’m dehydrated?) has anyone else experienced dizziness during the whole 30 or have any reason why this happens? I’ve done the whole 30 before several years ago and never felt dizzy.
