    Change in taste buds!

    I introduced non gluten grains today on day 31 in the form of rice bran oil that they cooked my chicken and veggies in at Chipotle. That's all I plan on doing for a couple of days, I'm really having to push myself to get these training wheels off. The Chipotle didn't taste as awesome as I remember, it was bland, I was sad. I had a salad with chicken, fajita veggies, guac, and mild salsa, with no dressing. I have been looking forward to Chipotle for about a week, maybe it was the whole not having to cook or pack my lunch thing. I did enjoy that part of it. Going home and making cilantro lime cauli rice and crispy fried carnitas, I miss my cooking. I may try a squirt of wine.
