Ok.. Pre and post workout snacks....

1 hard boiled egg.. workout .. then have breakfast??

I do this, but only because I can't do my workouts right after eating a real meal. I think, if you are doing well eating breakfast and working out right after, that would be best to continue. You might want to consider adding a snack postWO, though. Depending on what you are doing, consuming protein and carbs quickly after you finish may help with recovery and muscle building.
