Drbc
I am on day 19. I have been having nuts on occasion, but lately I have noticed occasional bloating in the evening. I am not sure if this could be it but for my last snack (ate dinner early) I had chicken sausage, carrots, and a tbsp or so of almond butter plus a few grapes. Within couple hours my stomach is rumbling and I feel bloated and gassy. Could this be the nut butter?
Johnny M
It could be. While OK occasionally or in a pinch, nuts are not optimal foods. If you suspect they're bloating, cut them out completely and see if it resolves for a few days.
cruelgrrl16
I find I get this if I don't activate my nuts first or eat nut butters. You can buy activated nuts or make your own, its alot cheaper Here's how to do it if your interested: http://editor.nourishedmagazine.com.au/articles/crispy-nuts
