Laura B Posted June 25, 2013 Author Share Posted June 25, 2013 Day 20 Breakfast Fritatta with broccoli sweet potato Lunch apple with almond butter (Spend most of the weekend painting and cleaning up around the house. Breakfast was pretty late, so I had a snack to hold me over) Dinner Chicken drumsticks sweet potato collards & onions munched on some fruit we bought at the grocery store. Day 21 Breakfast 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil cabbage carrots Lunch spring mix (50/50) cucumber carrots strawberries chicken thigh guacamole sweet potato strawberries & pineapple. We had a potluck at work yesterday so I ate some extra fruit. I brought bacon wrapped dates and I really wanted one! I usually am pretty good about being diligent on my W30 and not really craving off-plan foods because I know I can have them after I'm done, but damn are those things good!
