Day 20

 

Breakfast

Fritatta with broccoli

sweet potato

 

Lunch

apple with almond butter

 

(Spend most of the weekend painting and cleaning up around the house. Breakfast was pretty late, so I had a snack to hold me over)

 

Dinner

Chicken drumsticks

sweet potato

collards & onions

 

munched on some fruit we bought at the grocery store.

 

Day 21

 

Breakfast

3 eggs cooked in coconut oil

cabbage

carrots

 

Lunch

spring mix (50/50)

cucumber

carrots

strawberries

chicken thigh

guacamole

sweet potato

 

strawberries & pineapple. We had a potluck at work yesterday so I ate some extra fruit. I brought bacon wrapped dates and I really wanted one! I usually am pretty good about being diligent on my W30 and not really craving off-plan foods because I know I can have them after I'm done, but damn are those things good! I will just have to make them after my 30 days :)

Day 22

Breakfast

sausage fritatta

braised cabbage

sweet potato

black coffee

 

Lunch

spring mix (50/50)

cucumber

strawberries

chicken thigh

guacamole

 

sweet potato

a few cherries
