Jinkse21 Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 You could marinate it in fresh pineapple juice with coconut aminos, garlic and some different herbs...Make a rub out of garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil....cut slits in the pork then insert a garlic clove in each one so the garlic roasts as well.
