beachchica
We think alike Casswoman! My cabinet is full of canned salmon, and the freezer is stocked with salmon and tilapia. I just need to get more eggs (how the heck did I run out of those?!)
beachchica
Soooo .... here I am again, talking about starting another Whole30, without having ever successfully completed one. BUT I'm not going to let that discourage me. Even if I only eat clean food for 12, 15, 17 days in a row, that's still 12, 15, 17 days of putting healthy food in my body, and much better than 12, 15, 17 days of putting cr@p in my body. On the one hand, I think this perspective is healthy- I try to avoid the black-or-white, all-or-nothing thinking that contributes to the yo-yo dieting of my past. BUT on the other hand, I need to start a Whole30 with a conviction that I WILL finish it- a kick in the pants that it's ONLY 30 days. I need to do this- my half attempts have not permanently changed my eating habits, or helped me shed any significant excess fat. So I need to do it for the entire 30 days (or more). Wish me luck, or fortitude, or whatever you think it takes to finally nail one of these!

amberino21
I wish you the power of better choices!! Your persistence is admirable, and you're right - X days of eating well is better than X days of making not so good choices!
