Controlling portions

I am still having trouble not going after 2nd's, 3rd's, a handful of almonds here, a handful of coconut flakes there. I realize I am over-eating, and I'm wondering if anyone has found any tools- whether inside or outside the program- has helped with perhaps some of the emotional causes (such as stress) of overeating?

This is not w30 sanctioned, but in no way counter to the principles or spirit of the program: hypnosis. I downloaded a weight loss hypnosis from iTunes (Rick Collingwood) and it just uses suggestions about eating fresh healthy foods in the proper amounts and it also suggests that eating too much, snacking or eating less healthy foods will become unappealing. There is some body image/self love/ stress management in there too. I did it for a couple weeks, it worked and then I got a new phone and have not downloaded it to my phone or iPod. But now that I'm talking about it again, I realize it was very helpful and relaxing and that I should download it ASAP.
