shannon Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 I'm starting the Whole 30 program a little earlier than the 01 Aug group start date. I'm needing a whole overhaul of my relationship with food. I did 34 days with the Whole 30 plan at the beginning of this year and suddenly work/family/stuff! got too stressful and I started to add junk back into my diet. So here I go again, but with a few more tools in my tool-belt for coping with that blasted stress and a forum for support. My goal is not 30 days but far beyond 30 days. cholitau Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 I'm starting the program for similar reasons.. i need a mental overhaul over what is healthy and stop exhausting my body with exercising too much and stressing over food.
