letitbeatles9
Okay, so I've been eating frozen veggies from a package that says "sweet peas and carrots." I thought these were the right kind of peas cause they say "sweet." I'm not really a veggie aficionado. I've been eating these peas for days. Does this mean I have to start over or add days??? GFChris
Yep, peas are banned on a Whole30, as they are considered a legume. (Alternatively, green beans, snow peas and sugar snap peas are acceptable on a Whole30.)IMO, I would extend your Whole30 9 days for legumes (i.e., delay the reintro of legumes for after 39 days out), and otherwise keep compliant (shelve the peas until your legume reintro).
