LaFierrita
Hi everyone! This is our first Whole30 so I am trying to meal plan for next week. Normally on Sundays, we don't each lunch until close to 1:00 PM because of morning church service. Since we eat so "late", we usually have snacky items for "dinner" on Sunday evenings. We are back at church sometimes by 5:30, and at the latest 6:30 and don't get home until 9:30 or so. I am looking for no-cook ideas for our Sunday dinners. Leftovers don't last long at our house because my husband and I both brown-bag our lunches, and leftovers disappear then. Please help!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 24, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2013 I eat a great variety of salmon or tuna salads. Here is one recipe to give you an idea: http://www.wholelifeeating.com/2012/11/salmon-salad-over-salad-cut-hearts-of-palm/
Tallulah Wolf-Angel
This might be a good time to fix something in a crockpot. I haven't been able to find a use for one in my own life, but it sounds like you are perfect candidates. Throw something in there and 4 hours later when you get home it's ready. There are tons of great slow cooker recipes on the Web.
