Guest
According to an e-mail from my local affiliate - it would be good to contact yours - none of the proteins are safe anymore. The plan, nationwide, is to switch to oils that will still not be safe. Not all Chipotle's are created equal. In the past, carnitas never touched soy. Maybe this is still the case. Many of the salsas were OK and guac was OK. Standard order was a salad with carnitas, a salsa, and guac.
Cavegirlmegan
is rice bran oil safe? I see they say it's non-GMO. Which is less bad- sunflower oil or rice bran oil?
GFChris
is rice bran oil safe? I see they say it's non-GMO. Which is less bad- sunflower oil or rice bran oil? Rice bran oil is not Whole30 compliant. Sunflower oil is reluctantly allowed on a Whole30, but recommended only while dining out (as it is an oil that restaurants frequently use). You should avoid using this and other vegetable oils at home.
