Mattyo3000
Has anyone ever used The Fat Flush Cookbook for Whole30? I know it's a different program but it seems like a lot of recipes in there would be W30 compliant.
Kirsteen
I'd never heard of Fat Flush so I went to take a look. I looked at the program and downloaded the free cookbook but to be honest, gave up working my way through it. It seems to have a lot of smoothies, use stevia as a sweetener, use an awful lot of flax oil and the program seems to rely heavily on protein powders and supplements (mind you, I have not managed to read it all in detail) It seems to me it would only be confusing to start trying to adapt all these to W30. Personally, if you're looking for recipes, I'd much rather stick with those in It Starts With Food or all the absolutely delicious ones in Well Fed.
