Starting August 1, also excluding nuts/nut butters

Nut butters would be a huge no brakes for me so I consider them completely off-limits.  I am allowing myself walnuts or pecans as a Plan B if I really have to snack/no other options but I haven't done that more than two or three times the last 50 days or so.

Same here. I'm also excluding coffee (sad face) and coconut flakes, since they might be wreaking havoc on my tummy. I want to feel my best, so I've got to find out what foods help me do that. Here's to a successful Whole30 for us all!
