ltlfroggie
We have a hydrator and my hubby has been making turkey jerky with it. We currently use a mix but I'm sure that is not Whole30 friendly. Anyone have some good recipes to use with ground turkey??
Bethany Lannon
You could probably find a chorizo sausage seasoning blend and try that? I have the Practical Paleo cookbook and she has several seasoning blends in there, one of which is a chorizo blend (and so good, by the way!). Delaine Ross
For jerkey, I use coconut aminoes as the marinade. For ground turkey, you have to go through all the ingredients but Publix has a packet that only has various spices listed in it. (Actual spices listed out, not the word "spices." My go to for ground turkey is to just cook it with a jar of Publix brand salsa and add nothing to it.
