KMMJ Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 I am usually cold more often than not. I just successfully finished day 7 of whole 30. For the past 3 days i am unusually hot most of the time. Sweaty.... Not flushed, but for me (unusually hot). Fanning myself and turning down a/c when i would normally be under blankets. I am wondering if this phase of whole 30 could be related to my internal body temp. Has anyone else experienced this? If they can't feel it, but you do, it could be your metabolism firing up a bit. How's your energy level? Feel like lifting something heavy?
