Day 1: really hopeful!!

This is my first day (first meal went very well). Hopefully I will have the results I am looking for. Feel more energy to take care of my 8 months old son, less pain (fibromyalgia) and slay the sugar dragon (my go to snacks for a sleep deprived mom).

Looking forward to try new recipes and new foods (yesterday i cooked jicama 1st time).

if anyone has any tips?

 

Oh I am confused about kombucha tea. Read somewhere that it is not a good idea for moms who are breastfeeding. Anyone?

There are earnest people who warn that kombucha is dangerous to your health at any time. I have been drinking kombucha happily for about a year and have never experienced, seen, or heard anything that makes me think you should avoid it.

I thought it would be easier.... but it was a though first day. Evening is the thoughest cause it is when i have to wake up all the time and breastfeed........ i just want a piece of dark chocolate... LOL

 

Sleep deprivation is already torture and now, sugar deprived too LMAO

 

 

But i did well, and i will keep remembering me that i don't need it !!
