EvB
Hi, I'm on Day 4 and realized I've been 'snacking' on nuts throughout the day. That's not compliant with Whole30 and not healthy due to overload of nuts. Should I restart entirely the Whole30 from Day 1, or should I just brush off and go forward from this point following it strictly? Thanks! Ilovelabs5
I had a very similar question but relating to fruit/sweet potatoes. I want to say you just learn from it and continue on to day 5 but I am no expert. This is my first Whole30!
KitchenWitchy
I would use it as a learning experience and maybe tack on a couple days at the end. I don't think I would start over at 1 though. Keep going and just don't do it again!
missmunchie
No need to start over if everything was complaint. You need to start over if you introduce something that is "less healthy" that will affect the reset process, like soy or sugar or something. If it was just too many nuts/fruit while snacking, just make a note, add some extra fat to your next meal, and rock on.
