Arggg. too many nuts. Do I need to start over?

Hi,

I'm on Day 4 and realized I've been 'snacking' on nuts throughout the day. That's not compliant with Whole30 and not healthy due to overload of nuts. Should I restart entirely the Whole30 from Day 1, or should I just brush off and go forward from this point following it strictly? Thanks!

No need to start over if everything was complaint. You need to start over if you introduce something that is "less healthy" that will affect the reset process, like soy or sugar or something. If it was just too many nuts/fruit while snacking, just make a note, add some extra fat to your next meal, and rock on.
