I was very full until a few hours later, I had no patient waiting about 5-6 hours until Lunch. I took some nuts or one fruit and drink water alot. I felt much better. amberino21 Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 if you have a long day, consider having 4 meals - perhaps a little smaller than normal. say 6am, 10/11am, 2/3pm, 7pm... make sure your meals all fit the template - go for protein/fat/vegies instead of fruit and nuts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
