But first time my oil was rancid, second time it just didnt gel... 3rd time was a charm. Had to have the hubby taste test it, because I don't actually like mayo. I tasted it and was like gross! This just tastes like thick oil. But he said it rocked and only suggested a little more salt and garlic. I plan to make some dressings with it.
