SweetieBsMom
I'm starting tomorrow as well. I did my first W30 in May. Biggest advice: Plan and read every label. I always give a quick check before buying something, even if I've purchased it before. Companies change ingredients all the time (very frustrating!), just because it was compliant last time I did my W30, doesn't mean it is now. Good luck! sunshinepc
Officially starting tomorrow also. I am basically doing everything correct yesterday and today except I add in 2 servings of grass fed unpasturized yogurt with a whey protein that is from unpasturized whey protein starting with milk from the amish but is sweetned with stevia. I hate to see this beauitul raw yogurt go to waste but I suppose it will since I will be starting tomorrow.
Snow
My staples are eggs, avocados, olives, almonds, sweet potatoes, courgettes (for courgette pasta), cauliflower (for cauliflower rice). Coconut oil, spices, peppers, and lots of veg and salad, and lemons. Good luck x
