4 Meals a Day

I've been very satisfied with my meals but my boyfriend has been really hungry. Can he have 4 complete meals a day instead of 3?

He might need to increase his fat intake.

there is no issue with him eating 4 complete meals a day if he's hungry - I often do this if I have a long day (when not working out) and will have too many hours between meals if I stick to three. He could also be hungry because he's not eating enough at the 3 meals!

 

can you give us a rough idea as to what his meals look like, and perhaps times and activity level?

This morning we both had a sausage, egg, peppers, onions, and garlic scramble with broccoli on the side and a slice of pineapple, coffee with coconut milk.

 

He was really hungry before it was time for lunch. His portion of the egg scramble was larger than mine.

How many eggs would you say, and how much sausage? I'd say he'd need at least 4 eggs!

You haven't added a lot of fat, perhaps adding more with the meal as well as coffee?

probably about 3 eggs and the fat from the ghee I cooked them in. Maybe add coconut oil to coffee?

I'd up the eggs, and add some fat - does he like mayo, or avo? That'd go quite nicely on the meal, or you could whiz up his coffee with coconut oil and ghee (look up bullet proof coffee if you're unsure about this!)
