Day 16 and still exhausted

I am a recovering diet soda/carb junkie (crackers mainly). I have been doing CrossFit for about 7 months and I run 4-5 mies 3x week. I am on Day 16 and I am totally exhausted. I felt much better on Days 10-13 but had not really started working out again. Now I am working out 5-6 times a week (early morning-5:15am) and by 3:00 I am ready to go to bed. I need some advice and some encouragement/reassurance that I will get over this exhaustion. I felt my body changing in the beginning for the better and now i already feel "stuck in a rut". Help!
