Misskittycaroline Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Today is day #2 of my whole 30... It's been nice to not have any stomach pains from the food I am eating... I thought living gluten free for the past 4 years was enough... I am totally finding that I was wrong.. Gluten free is NOT enough... I did my yoga last night and that defiantly helped me wind down. I even went to bed at 8:30pm, and slept though the night. I am feeling a little foggy this morning, but I am sure that will pass... Hope everyone is having a good day!
