loubee
I did my first Whole30 in March 2013 and ever since I have made a compliant salad for my lunch at work. Now the weather is getting colder I would like to eat something hot. In my previous life I would have eaten hot soup with a roll or bagel but now would like to eat a chunky soup or stew with protein included to continue to make use of my vast array of Thermos flasks! I'm not very good at just throwing things in the slow cooker or stock pot (result=mush), I much prefer actual recipes so if you have any recommendations for one pot stews or soups with protein included then that would be great! Thanks so much
GFChris
Here's a paleo turkey chili recipe: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/13030-meal-prep-help/#entry136580
SharynF
How about Spicy Cashew Chicken Soup? or One Pot Paleo Pork Fried Rice? This is gorgeous Cinnamon and Cayenne Sweet Potato and Apple. Thanks for the inspiration - I shall make these over the next couple of weeks again.
loubee
Thank you. Sadly I am allergic to apples (and pears and plums - not helpful for local eating in the Uk in autumn!) but will definitely try the others.
SharynF
That's a shame loubee. If you have kids it's a great recipe for them, even with a little cayenne pepper.
