Reintro to dairy and SUGAR

I guess my dairy reintro somehow "allowed" me to eat an entire pint of ice cream today. *sigh*

Sugar dragon is not sleeping anymore. I want to finish my reintro protocol because I skipped it after my first W30, then I need to be whole30ing everyday. I simply cannot handle junk food. So far dairy hasn't made me feel physically worse, so maybe that's good for future butter or cheese here or there.

I finished a whole 30, tried reintro with a few things for about 3 weeks, and started another 30. However, I didn't have any sugar at all in the reintro. I know I'm simply not ready yet! I am FINALLY not craving it, and I have a feeling that once I have one treat, I'll just want more and more, and it'll be harder to commit to being back on plan. And I KNOW I'm not ready to moderate it for special occasions only. Sugar has had such a huge hold on me for so long, I'm almost afraid to let myself have any. Steering clear for the time being.

 

So yeah, I get it! Good luck getting back on track.  :)
