Whole30 approved Fish Oil and Enzymes?

I'm confused about recommendations on this page http://www.whole9life.com/2010/09/supplements-part-ii/

Some of the Fish Oil recommendations have soy derivatives, so what gives?

I'm starting Whole30 on Monday and wanted to be ready but realized that my Fish Oil (NutriGold Triple Strength Omega3 Gold) says it has soy derivatives but the protein allergen has been removed. Is that still ok?

Also Enzymes recommendation for Now Foods contains sulfites? So what should I do now? Anyone has other Enzymes recommendations?

That is a page from September 2010. Back then, those supplements were okay for the Whole30, but vendors change their formulations periodically. That is why we have become reluctant to recommend specific brands. For example, I have a bottle of Now Foods Super Enzymes that are fine during a Whole30, but if you order a bottle today, it comes with off-plan ingredients. You have to check the ingredients of things that you buy to make sure they are still okay.

We still recommend the Stronger, Faster, Healthier for fish oil. They have so many Whole9/30 customers, they can't mess up their formulation.

I don't know a specific digestive enzyme, but you might start by looking at the ones mentioned in this article: http://whole9life.com/2012/09/digestive-enzymes-101/
