*August614
I have been having headaches since the first week of my Whole30. I started 17 days ago. Anyone know what could be causing this? I have been using coconut milk in my coffee every morning. Could it be the guar gum or BPA from the cans? I have also been irritable and very tired. I have been following the template at most meals of protein/fat/carb. I was very good the first week about not snacking. Lately I have been snacking more that I should be. I am trying to improve on that. I have been eating all compliant foods. Today I ate more dried fruit, nuts, and cashews than I should have. Do I need to restart? GFChris
No, a restart isn't necessary. The need to snack is usually a sign that your previous meal was too small. How about posting 2-3 days worth of your food log, so folks here can give you more specific feedback?
