Help with reintro

I finished my 30 days on 12/10 and reintroduced dairy yesterday.  No problems yet.  This is my question....I have a 5k race on Saturday(which is the day that I should reintroduce gluten).  The race starts at 9am so this is my problem. I don't want to eat a bagel before the run because I don't want to feel sick while running the race (just in case) , and I don't want to eat it so close after the run( post workout meal) which means M1 will be later..like 10:30 or 11:00.  I am looking for suggestions to get around this...Should I push the reintro to Sunday?  Thanks in advance for your help
