Finding the best me

Day 4 already and I feel great. I'm not hungry in between meals .My craving for sweet food is low. Had 2 nights where I woke up often and couldn' get back to sleep. So I felt terrible in the morning.

Will see what happens next night.

Day 8 today.

I've been through all different kind of feelings,highs and lows , and glad that I made the first week. My sleep has improved slightly , with storms during few nights I can.t tell,what exactly kept me awake.

My craving for sweet food has come to a minor issue. It's more dairy, a big shot of hot milk into my coffee, I've been missing most. Or is my body reacting to the withdraw of coffee consumption ? Will see.

Let's tackle week 2!
