brscott
I was just wondering what some of you do when you cook ground meat along with vegies mixed in and then find you have too much grease in the pan from the meat?

Vian
I always brown the meat first and then add the veggies. If after the meat is browned, it looks like there is a lot of grease, I will drain it off, then add the veggies to cook. If it's grass-fed beef though, I'll just coat the veggies in the grease too and eat it! Grass fed cow fat is good for you!
