I completed the whole30 not to long ago, but have defiantly fallen off the wagon. Especially during the holidays :unsure:


I'm looking for support for to be motivated to get back on track!. This way of eating really works for me - and I was feeling great on it before.


So if anyone wants to join with me, I'd love the company!

I highly recommend the Daily emails if you haven't tried them :) I also find joining a group thread helps, as does having your own log. Working out what those things are that trip us up, that's good too. My silliest slipups are when I don't ask about what's in it, or don't read the label.
