I unfortunately started the program with a hangover. Some friends came over with beer last night to "send me out in style." Our local craft beer community is a huge part of our social circle. I have a feeling that's where my greatest challenges will lie. Meal 1: 2eggs scrambled with spinach and avocado Meal 2: "chicken salad" - chicken guacamole and salsa, blended. Raw veggies on the side.
