Day 2 down...going quite well I think.  I think one of the major driving factors to my determined attitude is that I took a fitness age test online.  My husband took it and his fitness ages is less than 20.  (he is 49)

I am 48 and my fitness age was !63! It made me so mad! I am determined to improve that number and break my addiction to this stupid sugar dragon.

 

I am currently being treated for some pretty severe and sometimes debilitating facet pain in my low back, and arthritis in both knees that make squating, running, jumping impossible and extremely painful. I have to get pretty creative with leg workouts.

 

Anyone else ever heard of T-Tapp fitness?  This is my primary workout while I'm healing.
