samantha Posted July 25, 2012 Share Posted July 25, 2012 After reading this post http://whole9life.com/2010/04/keep-it-simple/ for the second time, I've decided what the heck else have I got to loose? I'm beginning to get obsessive over my food and suffer from intense sugar cravings- which I never even dreamt about while on the W30. Sugar for me is a neurological trigger to eat more sugar... and then the cycle begins until it is 10:30 PM and I am sitting over my sink eating a bannana after eating a whole bag of candy, 2 apples, 2 scoops of ice cream and a normal paleo dinner. What the heck is wrong with me?! So, tomorrow its time to re-charge. Even though there are work related events for the next two weeks, which I will choose to have a glass (or two) of wine- this will not set me back!!
