I am using the old one and now I am afraid I am making mistakes. I don't want to buy the new one since I have the old one already...so what are the common mistakes that people make so I can avoid making the same? Thanks! The main differences are: Ghee (clarified butter) is acceptable Carageenan, sulfites and MSG are NOT ok as additives in food Can anyone else think of any major program changes?
