lasmith6 Posted January 27, 2014 Share Posted January 27, 2014 Day 27 and I have something akin to sinus inflection/ cold/ flu. I can't hardly swallow, its very painful. I don't have any bone broth ready made (I used it all trying to avoid this). My usual cough and throat remedy has sugar and flavoring. Any suggestions??
