Day 22 and my nails are peeling

I'm on day 22 of my first Whole30.  I feel great (minus the after effects of a cold and stomach bug shared with my kids) but noticed that since about day 15, my nails are brittle and peeling.  I started the Whole30 because I have painfully dry, cracked skin on my hands and feet and thought some foods may be a trigger.  My skin is better than it's been but now my nails are not.  Any thoughts, comments or suggestions?

Many people experience their nails improving with their skin. Yours going in opposite directions is curious. You might benefit from drinking bone broth. The collagen from bones can be useful to healthy nails as well as joints and bones.
