W30newbie Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Hi guys. A friend of mine is also doing the Whole30 & wanted me to ask y'all for advice. She ate some salsa which contained sugar (she accidentally skimmed past it on the ingredient list). It was the 6th or 7th ingredient on the list and each serving contained 1g of sugar.
