Bloodshotbetty Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 for accountability reasons. Last night, I was stressed, tired, mad at my husband, and emotional. I crawled into bed with a banana and some cashew butter and went to town. Compliant? Yes. Healthy psychological response towards food? runninglawyer88 Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 It was A BANANA (singular) and cashew butter...while not the best choice it was certainly not the worst and these habits don't change overnight. I think you should be proud of your resolve and ability to stay compliant despite your emotions and learn from this so that you can avoid emotional eating in the future. Just reminding myself how I feel when I eat and my stomach is already full and I am not actually hungry. BIG problem for me pre- weight loss surgery.
